Return Policy – Artwork & Prints

Original Artwork

Because each original artwork is created with care and intention, all original artwork sales are final.

Please read before purchasing:

  • Original artwork is one of a kind and cannot be replaced

  • Colors may look slightly different on screens than in real life

  • Measurements and descriptions are listed carefully—please review them before buying

Prints

Prints are eligible for returns.

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery

  • Prints must be returned in original condition

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Once the print is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method

Damaged items

If your artwork or print arrives damaged:

  • Contact me within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging

  • I will work with you to make it right, which may include a refund or replacement

Custom or commissioned work

  • Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable

Lost or delayed packages

Once artwork is shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping provider first.
