Meet Jen
Hi, I’m Jen — an intuitive artist, meditation guide, and yoga instructor. I help people reconnect with their creativity and inner calm through mindful art practices that support healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.
Art found me during a difficult time in my life and became a powerful tool for reflection, release, and renewal. Today, I share these meditative and expressive techniques with others so they, too, can experience the peace and freedom that creative flow can bring.
In my courses, I’ll guide you step-by-step to quiet your mind, awaken your imagination, and create from a place of inner awareness. No art skills are required — just a willingness to explore and a heart open to the process.
