Artful Awareness: Quiet the Mind, Awaken the Artist is a self-paced online course designed to help you relax, reconnect, and rediscover your creativity.

This course includes six guided lessons inspired by neurographic art, mindfulness, and gentle self-reflection. Each lesson combines easy-to-follow art techniques with calming practices to help quiet the mind and spark meaningful expression. No art experience is needed—just a willingness to explore.

Perfect! No prior art experience is needed. My classes are designed for beginners and seasoned artists alike. You’ll be guided step by step with a focus on creativity, mindfulness, and self-expression—not perfection. It’s about the process, not the product. Come as you are, and let yourself explore.

You’ll just need a few simple supplies: paper, a pencil, a couple of Sharpies, and whatever coloring medium you love most—mine is watercolors! You’re welcome to use colored pencils, markers, or anything else that inspires you. The most important thing is to bring a sense of curiosity and a willingness to play.
